Following A Level examinations, students are faced with a number of choices. For many that will mean University and we currently have links with several institutions with whom we arrange on site presentations and work experience.

For some, and for a variety of reasons, the choice will be to take the first step in a career. Our A Level Entry scheme provides a unique opportunity to participate in a structured, in-depth training program that aims to teach individuals with little or no market knowledge the methods, skills and disciplines required to become a successful trader.

The initial training period is salaried and those students showing desire and ability will be placed on a fully backed trading agreement offering a competitive share of profit in partnership with LTL.

Work-based study will continue and we currently sponsor and fund studies at leading industry centres letting you work towards further qualification in your profession whilst improving your skills.
